Description:

Our site offers tutorials in PDF format, some free and some paid. Download of free is very similar to that of paid tutorials.

Our site does not email you the files -- instead, they are located in your Downloads area.

How to download tutorials

1) Sign in to the site and navigate to the Tutorials page.

2) Click on the Add to cart button (located in various places throughout the site).

3) Add as many tutorials as you like, including any free ($0.00) ones.

4) Checkout and pay for the tutorial using your Credit Cart, Bank Account, Paypal Account or Userpoints.
If you only have free tutorials in your cart, the option "Download Free tutorials" will also appear as a payment option.

5) After paying, return to the site. Make sure you are still signed in.

6) Your tutorials will be inside your DOWNLOADS PAGE -> Top right corner of every page.

7) The Downloads page contains a list of all tutorials purchased recently or in the past. Free tutorials will be marked (Free). Click on each link to view the tutorial in a new window. mydownloads1.gif

8) Your tutorial can ALSO be downloaded directly from the tutorial page: the 'Add to Cart' button will be replaced with a 'Download' button. download_after_paid.gif

Help, I don't see my recent purchases at the Download page!

If you just recently purchased a tutorial which is not available at your Downloads page, it is probably because your payment has not been completed yet. The are a few reasons why payment can be delayed:

1) Your bank or credit card company has not cleared your payment

Although 90% payments take only a few minutes to be cleared, some transactions can take longer. We have had cases where a transaction took a full day to clear. In most cases, all you need to do is to wait a little while and refresh your Downloads page.

2) Your purchase was made through e-check, not credit card

Some Paypal accounts linked to bank accounts (not credit card companies) can take up to 3 days to clear a payment. Unfortunately, we can do nothing about it and must wait for the payment to be processed accordingly.

3) Your payment was interrupted and not completed properly

Although very rare, sometimes a transaction is interrupted while being processed. The payment is completed by your bank or credit card company, but not returned properly to our site. In this case, we will manually verify if payment was processed and adjust your Downloads area. Please use the Contact Us page if you suspect that is the case.
