We heard you

For a long while, suppliers and vendors of clay materials have been writing to us asking how they can advertise at our site, to take advantage of the tremendous focused traffic we have.

Although advertising is widely adopted by other sites and can potentially be a really good source of income, we always disliked sites which are littered with unspecific ads. Strictly due to necessity, we finally added Project Wonderful ads to the very bottom of the pages about a year ago.

Now, after working for over 2 years on this project (yes, that long!), we are finally pleased to announce a new and focused service which can benefit both suppliers and students: SUPPLY ADS.

How it works

We developed "Supply Ads" exclusively for this site -- you won't find it anywhere else. Ads are focused and specific to our lessons, so you know users need and want to get those item.


Suppliers of materials, tools and kits can advertise specific supplies needed for a lesson. Students will be able to easily find the right materials for each project, including generic materials and tools, full kits and hard-to-find items and tools without having to go on long extensive internet quests.

“Supply Ads” is a completely optional subscription-based service for material and tool suppliers. Members are not obligated to participate in order to benefit from the service.

The Ads

This is how it works: next to each material listing in the tutorial pages, you will find two new small buttons:

1) Find it: students searching for a specific material, tool or an entire kit will find lists of ads for those materials with useful information such as description, link and price. Note: this button only appears when there are ads available for viewing.

2) I sell this: suppliers or teachers who sell materials, tools or kits will be able to describe the products they sell, price and links to the pages where they sell supplies.

How to participate

Suppliers: The first time you click on the “I sell this” button, you will be asked to subscribe to the service. Yes, we offer a free trial of one month and you can cancel at any time if you are not happy before the paid subscription kicks in. We are also happy to announce that our advertising prices are a fraction of the cost of other sites!

After registering, suppliers can add as many listings as their plan allows.

Advertisers (Suppliers) can monitor amount of clicks, modify and delete their ads, and keep track of their subscription time frame under a new page in their Profile called “My Supplier Ads”.

The fine print

Supply Ads is a periodic monthly subscription with a one-time free month trial.

To become a Supplier, you must be a registered member of this site and have a valid Paypal account. You must also agree to the supplemental Terms of Use for Suppliers and the Supplier Guidelines. Check our pricing structure at the Service Fees page.
