I've read everything I could find about the points program but nowhere does it say HOW to add points to cart to redeem. How do you do it?

I downloaded this tutorial, however I only see the materials list, and the tool list. I don't see the step by step directions. Please advise.

everything is filled out correctly yet I keep getting this error when I try to upload a pic to my gallery. both options under category are selected so not sure what to do for it.

I made three attempts to purchase several tutorials. I never saw a screen that would enable me to pay. I think I may need a tutorial on this. But I couldn't even get the free ones. read more »
