Liquid Polymer Clay Gauze Bangle Bracelet
Submitted by jkayjewelry On Wed, 04/21/2010 - 14:21WOW! This is an incredibly easier-than-it-looks approach to making a huge fashion statement!
Susan has provided great pictures to guide you through the process of making this bracelet. They are big, clear, and at the right angles to show you what to do at each step along the way.
When I started looking at this, it took me back to fingerpainting - the best messy fun in the world!
The materials that you need are clearly identified and the colors used in the lesson are called out so you could duplicate this if you wanted to. But it also gives you ideas for other color options.
The instructions are clear, conversational, and complete. It's pretty clear that Susan has experienced "what could go wrong" as she offers insight as to what to expect. I like that she provides advance notice of what might happen so you can tell if the result is expected, or if it's a mistake. And if it's a mistake, she offers ideas on how to fix it. But actually, this is pretty fool-proof.
One of the notable things about this tutorial is that even though it's quite different, it doesn't really require anything unusual in terms of tools or supplies. Most clayers are likely to have everything on hand, except perhaps the gauze which is readily available.
