Description: Jewelry is best when it has a history, tells a story--and that is exactly what these framed symbols do. Memento Mori, or,'Remembrance' jewelry was all the rage in Victorian times-and still resonates today. Learn how to create your own with scrap clay and a few simple embellishments; though very easy and requiring no special skills, the purchaser should be comfortable with basic clay techniques, such as the use of a pasta machine and texture sheets. This tutorial consists of 4 clearly defined steps and is illustrated with 30 large photographs; it includes a wealth of tips and tricks and a list of suggested suppliers for the various materials. Like all my tutorials, online support is always available through Claylessons.com. Go make something memorable..... Price: $9.00

I am so looking forward to this. I was reading thru it and it spoke of another "lilliput Gardens" tutorial and was wondering if that was floating around here? I did and search but no luck
oh yes--my apologies, I should have been more specific--'Lilliput Gardens' is another tutorial I have here on claylessons.com on scuplting miniature flowers--in the tutorial, they are quite colorful, but the basic shapes can be applied to the black scheme of the memento mori focal elements. (or being as proficient as you are, you can figure out the methods, I am sure, and welcome to it!)
Please post what you make! I'd love to see other people's takes on this.
