Description:

This lesson shows you how to create unique polymer clay shawl pins using a couple of techniques.
Why did I name them “Orinendo”? Ok, I made that name up, but took two words from the Japanese, “Ori” (folding) and “Nendo” (clay)
First I will demonstrate my Origami blending technique and show you how to painlessly make your clay resemble Mokume Gane or Mokume Nendo which would normally require the skill of using a thin tissue blade to reveal the various layers of color. Apply coppery patterns along with colored crackle details and finally finish your pin to a buffed soft sheen.
Your finished project will be an elegant compliment to any shawl or sweater.
