Description:

In this tutorial I will explain how to make a texture plate and then use that texture plate to create the look of cloisonne look jewelry. You will not use wire at all, just polymer clay! The incredible shine of the finished piece is created with thick layers of Kato liquid polymer clay.

I loved these pieces, Christi! Thank you for posting this great tutorial!

Dani.

Thanks Dani! The effect with the liquid clay is AWESOME! The pictures don't capture the beauty of the finished piece. Anyone who tries the tutorial will love the finishing technique!

Your pendants are lovely! I've made pieces similar to this and it is so much fun -- . I'm sure they are more gorgeous in real as I know it is hard to capture the depth of some items with a camera.

how would you adapt this to making a bracelet? How would you make holes or an area to string beading wire through...I am a beginner. Thanks, Sheila

LOVED this tutorial! my first couple of pieces almost turned out. little bit of learning tweeking I need to do but will post one when I am comfortable with how it looks but the colors turned out GREAT!
